I would say the Braves own him again, but last year he had a start in which he actually shut the Braves down late in the year. He looks pretty good, but take into account the teams he's faced as well.

If I could get something significantly better, in my eyes, I'd ship him, but at the same time, I expect Glavine to be a fine fantasy pitcher in mixed 12-team leagues all season, and have thought so all winter. I missed him by a few picks in my $ Keeper, was TO'd then, and am even moreso now.

poor man's mark buehrle. i like him to be solid this year but i dont expect the k rate to last so sell if you can.

He had a nice start like this a couple years ago.


I would ride out his hot streak which should continue into mid-May, than I would trade him for a big bat or a closer or something, or maybe even another starter pitcher that has a track record of pitching well in the 2nd half...say Greg Maddux?

Gauge Glavine's trade value in your league. Casually ask some other owners what they would give up for him and if you feel that it is a significant upgrade over Glavine and helps yur team, then do a trade

I'm not sold on Glavine yet.

He faced Milwaukee and Florida, which are the teams that have scored the fewest runs so far, and Washington offense isn't all that good either.
If he can shut down the Braves next time, I would be inclined to say that he is solid.
