I dont know why but untill today it never bothered me using the touch pad for photoshop.. at times id get anoyed because it would cut too much when im using the eraser but today put me over the edge.. im buying a mouse this weekend.. was just curious if anyone else used a touchpad on their laptop or if everyone uses a mouse

kinda ranting as well..

wow! you can cut players out with a laptop touchpad? that's incredible. i have a laptop but have never tried to cut a player out with it. yes, a mouse makes it easier :-b

I can barely do it with this new mousepad I got... I have no idea how you've been doing it with a touchpad. A mouse should help you alot though.

I've used a touchpad for almost all my sigs.

Doesn't bother me, in fact I like it more. :-?

yeah in school i would use a mouse then when i started doingstuff on my laptop i thought it was much better.. but now its just starting to anoy me because it keeps sticking.. probably because its getting warm again so my hands get kinda sweaty at times.. but its not much harder, makes you feel like your using your fingers instead of a mouse to clean up a pic

For the most part I use the mouse, but sometimes, like when I'm watching TV and doing stuff, I have to use the touchpad and the mouse is definitely a lot easier. Usually I just feather 1 px when I use the touchpad to help with any big mistakes I make, but it ends up turning out ok.
