How does my team look??? Why is it suffering so badly? :(

Why is my team struggling???
I have the following players on my team:

C - Michael Barrett - Chicago Cubs
1B - Jim Thome - Chicago White Sox (everyone wants this guy!)
2B - Marcus Giles - Atlanta Braves
3B - Scott Rolen - St. Louis Cardinals
SS - Orlando Cabrera - Anaheim Angels
OF - Andruw Jones - Atlanta Braves
OF - Jonny Gomes - Tampa Bay Devil Rays
OF - Garrett Anderson - Anaheim Angels (Currently Waiving)
Util - Travis Hafner - Cleveland Indians (everyone wants this guy!)
Bench - Eric Chavez - Oakland A's
Bench - Omar Vizquel - San Francisco Giants
Bench - Nick Johnson - Washington Nationals
----------------------------------------------------
SP - Curt Schilling - Boston Red Sox (everyone wants this guy!)
SP - Mark Mulder - St. Louis Cardinals (everyone wants this guy!)
SP - Jeremy Bonderman - Detroit Tigers
SP - John Lackey - Anaheim Angels
SP - Mike Mussina - New York Yankees
SP - Bronson Arroyo - Cincinnati Reds
SP - Jarrod Washburn - Seattle Mariners
---------------------------------------------------
RP - Francisco Rodriguez - Anaheim Angels
RP - Bobby Jenks - Chicago White Sox
RP - Chris Ray - Baltimore Orioles
---------------------------------------------------
Now I know my Outfielding is weak, as I am trying to acquire Lance Berkman from the Houston Astros (placing him as an OF, instead of a 1B, which is the position he plays) I don't want to give up Thome to get him, is there a way I could get Berkman without trading away half my talent to get him???

I am part of Yahoo Fantasy Baseball and I am observing the FREE StatTracker for the time being, and looking at how i'm doing, makes me wanna barf... According to the tracker though, from WEAKEST TO STRONGEST SKILL on my team (up to this point in the season so far) it goes like this:

Runs
Stolen Bases
Triples
BB
Hits
Doubles
Average
Home Runs
RBI's

Is there something i'm missing here? How can I improve on this team to where its not falling like rain? What players should I get rid of and keep?

Your inputs are greatly appreciated! :)

The only real power hitters are Jones and Thome

and hafner...

u need steals i would plug in vizquel over cabrera for now as hes on fire, if he starts to cool down u can put cabrera back in, also theres no reason u should have both rolen and chavez when u have hafner at util, i would look to move one of them, maybe chavez after an incredibly hot start

see if u can pull off chavez for berkman or chavez and anderson for berkman
