MR in a H2H league that doesn't count Holds?

l tried this strategy last year with Rincon/Otsuka/Linebrink, but it didn't work out to well for me... this year lm thinking about it again. l picked up Villarreal for cheapy wins and lower era/whip (and b/c Reitsma sucks) and now i am thinking about grabbing Zumaya for his k/9. My staff is 7 starters, 3 closers, 1 MR... do you think Zumaya/Villarreal will be a valuable addition to my team or will it be negligible? Should l just stick with starters and closers ?

its a 12 team 5x5 k/9 rather then k's
