I purchased mlb.tv last year, and again signed up again this year. I did not realize that mlb renews from last year. So, i am paying double right now. I have tried over and over and over to call their 800 # and have not been able to talk to anyone to resovle this problem. I have basiclly left my phone on speaker for hours at a time, and nothing. You would think that mlb would have enough workers to answer the telephones.

Has anyone else experience this problem?

When I called they picked up pretty quickly.

I would call during the middle of the day not at lunchtime.

Also contact your bank/credit card and explaing the situation maybee they can do something

I have a friend whose zip code did not show up on the National's blackout list but when he purchased it those games were blacked out. He said it took him two days of calling almost non stop during business hours to finally talk to a human. The person said they would fix it so he could see the games and they never did and he has not been able to get back through to them.
