per Rotoworld

The Yankees said there was nothing physically wrong with Randy Johnson, who left after five innings and 87 pitches on Thursday.
There never really seemed to be anything wrong, so we'll take their word for it. Johnson gave up four singles, walked none and struck out five before being removed today.

If so, that was not a good move by Torre, they were only up 4-1, and their bullpen has not been so great, doesn't make sense to just take him out.
