Hey everyone. I'm a baseball newbie and, as usual, I jumped in with both feet and I have 4 teams. I like some feedback on each team if ya'll don't mind. First team:

Head-to-Head league with 12 teams
Scoring system is:
Batting: GP, AB, R, H, 1B, 2B, 3B, HR, RBI, SH, SB, K, TB, E, AVG
Pitching: IP, APP, W, L, SV, CG, SHO, ER, HR, K, SB, GIDP, ERA, WHIP, K/9

My roster: C- J. Willingham, J. Mathis 1B- A. Gonzalez, C. Jackson 2B- J. Castillo, A. Miles 3B- C. Blake, A. Boone SS- D. Jeter, M. Scutaro OF- A. Dunn, J. Pierre, J. Drew, J. Gomes UTL- M. Mora, T. Lee BENCH- E. Marrero

SP- R. Harden, T. Glavine, Jo. Santana, J. Verlander, F. Liriano RP- H. Street, R. Soriano, J. Kennedy, O. Villarreal, D. Sanchez Bench- P. Byrd (SP), B. Arroyo (SP), J. Zumaya (RP) DL- B. Sheets (SP)

The only limit/minimum is that each pichting roster must have 25 innings each week or none of the pitching stats will count for that week. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Solid hitting and pitching definitely. What you could use is another closer, even if it's a lower end closer.
