Just completed a trade giving T. Helton & J. Beckett for A. Pujols and T. Jones.

I know my SP's lacks depth and some of my players are young. I am holding a roster spot for Delmon Young and it's not a keeper league. This is more about another friend of mine who will pick him up and hold him too if I release him. (is this stupid to waste a roster spot for months just to maybe have him in my lineup? Obviously)Many of my competitors are carrying a gang of SP. in a 12 man league, lots of would be available pitchers are unavailable.

I would love to hear feedback on areas of improvement. I currently have TWO empty roster spots from Huff and T. Jones on the DL and I could use a SP or two.

I like your squad alot. Agree that you lack pitching depth. Reitsma scares me a little but hopefully he'll stay strong for you. Grab a couple of those pitchers you like if you have the extra spots. Then you can rotate them in for two start weeks and favorable matchups. Delmon Young is a sweeeeeeet keeper prospect but if you need the roster spot I wouldnt hold onto him. If theres a crappy closer you may want to put one of them on the bench just in case. Hope this helps. Good luck. Please answer mine.
