Getting killed...help?

Heres my team, I am in second to last out of 15 teams. Just wondering if anybody see anything that I can do to improve my team.

who is going to steal bases for you. you are slog not going to fair well in the save catigory. you need more power production out of first base and your pitchign staff is weak. you should get killed.
g anderson is a declining injury player. your eniter outfield has serious injury problems in the past.
i like your middle infield c-ss-sb. if i could see a few other teams in your league to see how you compare i might not be so hard on your team.

I agree with Ricky, your team does not look very strong. I think your RP needs the most help.
