These threads are not official - so don't CALL them official
Good point! If people make say the "offical Griffey thread" then it grows to 4 pages and people stop looking at it. So i am supposed to put important details (say a trade) about Griffey in a the "offical thread" which no one looks at anymore? Or do i start a new thread? The "offical" threads put much unrelated stuff together.
Not to mention that threads can easily be taken off course and hijacked. Like say an "Official" Griffey thread suddenly has a post griping about Kearns health, and then a few respond to that and the next thing you know its become an "Official" why won't Kearns stay healthy? thread within the Griffey thread.
