I recommend using my firefox trick if you wanna watch a few games at a time
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

I can run 3 great screens by running one game in IE, one in Firefox, and one in mlb.tv mosaic (enlarged). All three stream very well. I couldn't get the Firefox TAB trick to work and the multiple games in mlb.tv mosaic was choppy and very small at best. But, I am running at 5MB downloads. Try the 3 and another through my TV card, the TV in the room and I've watching 5 great games at once. Obsessed? You betcha.
