Chris Truby should be available, and he's hot. I picked him up to sub in for Placido Polanco for a little bit in my (NL-only) league. Alex S. Gonzalez (the Cubs SS, not the Marlins one) is another guy who's hitting pretty well and could be available in a lot of leagues. He hits 7th usually, though, so his RBI's probably won't hold up.
Derek Lee can get some RBI's (and HR's), but not such a good average. Jose Hernandez is decent at the moment, but I doubt that'll last. Todd Hollandsworth might also be an okay choice, if you play him only at Coors Field.
Note that I'm only naming NL players, as I know basically nothing about the AL. If you're in a 10-team mixed league, there could be a large number of good players still available, for all I know.
