It's way too early to panic. He routinely gets off to slow starts. Once he gets on one of his patented hot streaks, you'll see some serious results. And usually his hot streaks last a long time.

But man, this wait sure is excruciating...I know it sounds crazy, but at this point I'm almost about to bench him for a couple games until he manages to get at least ONE hit. I'm willing to miss one day of his bounceback stats, because right now he's wasting space and dragging me down with all these 0-fers...specially that brutal avg. (H2H, of course)

If I had daily lineups instead of weekly he would be benched until he showed me somethign or he had a matchup that was real good. As a weekly lineup though I just gotta stick with him.

Check out the post-game notes at the end of this AP story. A-Ram seems to have hurt his butt late in the today's game. Now, this development obviously comes AFTER his wretched first week, but it makes you hope he's 100%.

The Cubs trainer came out during the post game news conference. He said A Ram twisted his hip funny on his last ground out and that "he felt pain in the glute." Unsure when he will be back or on the severity of the injury.
