When these double headers are played, does Yahoo count the games played as two or just one since it's the same day?

double header is Thursday. All I can tell you is that it is still raining here, but it is supposed to clear up a bit around 6 PST. If I were to guess I think that it's going to be PPD but I think they'll try their hardest to get it in since I think it's the only time Houston will be in town.

this is from CBS sportsline:
No. 2 starter Matt Morris had his start pushed back for the second time in as many outings because of rainouts. He will go Wednesday instead, with Matt Cain pitching the first game Thursday and Kevin Correia the nightcap. "It's not a bummer," Morris said. "I don't know how to describe it. This is already on my sixth day to throw. And to be rained out, it's hard to get on any kind of routine, too many days off. I'd like to pitch. I just expected to get out there and pitch on my day."
(Updated 04/12/2006).

FANTASY ANALYSIS
Morris will be a two-start pitcher for Fantasy Week 3 (April 17-23) now -- unless the Giants bring him back on three day's rest. That is unlikely, but not impossible.

ANYBODY ELSE HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT MORRIS? He is a very risky 2-starter next week if this is true since he'd be pitching @ARI & @COL. I really need him to oitch Sunday.

I wonder when the last time a whole series was rained out. So far here in the Bay Area it doesnt seem to be even close to clearing up... :-t Wouldnt be surprised if tomorrows double header was cancelled.

It sounds like my High School team... a third of our schedule has been cancelled and we will start almost 2 months later than we were supposed to. The local newspaper reported today that over the last month and a half Seattle has had 3 inches of rain while Santa Rosa (about an hour noth of SF) has had 13 8-o . It has been absolutely rediculous.

Wow, that's whack. When was the last time an entire series was rained out when the teams only visit eachother once? The MLB schedule's so tight that I can't imagine how they're gonna make up the games if that happens..
