12 team, H2H, Keeper League, 5x5

C Willingham
1B Helton
2B Roberts
3B Blalock
SS Greene
OF Crawford
OF Francouer
OF Taveras
Util Hafner
Bench Guillen
Bench McCann
Bench Morneau
Bench Langerhans

SP Peavy
SP Hudson
SP Bonderman
SP Young
SP Glavine
RP Street
RP Gordon
RP Wickman
RP Duchsherer
RP Cabrera
RP Villarreal
DL Wood

I'm not real high on this team right now. I'm searching for another closer (thus why I have Cabrera and Villarreal on my team, hoping they eventually get a shot). I also would like another ace SP, some OF help and some SS help. Any thoughts on players I might be able to pick up or trade to make a deal work?

Who are you looking at for SPs? And, what SS-eligible guys are available in your league?

Top SS eligible players available in my league:

Rich Aurilia (will he play enough to make him worth anything?)
Omar Vizquel (solid start, but old and is he worth more than Greene?)
Orlando Cabrera (hot start, but worth more than Greene in the long run?)

Top SP eligible players available in my league:

Esteban Loaiza
Mike Maroth
Kris Benson
Brandon Backe
Dave Bush

Can you drop (or DL, for a temporary solution) someone to make a spot for Cabrera? If so, I'd do it, but still hang on to Greene on the bench until Cabrera sinks or swims.

Not sure about your pitching. Instinct would tell me to pick up Loaiza or Maroth, but I'd look into it more and get other opinions.
