I agree with your idea to move a sell high speed guy like Podsednik for either some SP help or some pop. Team looks solid on offense with top guys at traditionally shallow IF positions. Don't bail on Cabrera yet. He had a good spring and pitched well for DR in baseball classic.

I agree, your offense looks powerful and you may be able to find a team needing speed, and can trade Posednick for a good pitcher, be it starter or reliever.

Yeah, trading Podsednik is a smart thing. You've got a good lineup, probably just a slow start. Also, find a better SS than Barmes. Barmes is good, but not good enough for a 9-team league.
