What happens if the leagues doesn't fill?

We have seven signed up as of now, so the first person to commit is in (to give us eight). Beyond that, our co-commish has a guy he works with that wants in, but will be cutting the draft time close tonight. So he's our may-be-in-or-out guy -- depending on if we need him to make an even number. Worst case, we'll go with eight, I guess.
