Since I'm so far out of the race, I'm looking for some potential that can turn my team around. I managed to get Jose Lima who looks pretty solid right now. My ERA is always high each week, thanks to Corey Lidle.

Do you think I should try to trade Larry Walker and keep in Burnitz? Walker has been doing as well as I hoped and it seems like Burnitz might be on a roll.

Please give me some tips. Thanks

oh I forgot to ask something. Do you think I should stick with Lidle or just try to get a decent trade? Ive heard he ususally plays better in the second half but I'm doubtful everytime I let him pitch.

Hmmm, looks like you're in a pretty tough situation. Is there any outfielder on waivers that might be an improvement over Richard Hidalgo? Scott Posedenik maybe? I think Burnitz should be good for 30 dingers and 90 RBIs over the season with about a .260 average. I see no problem putting him in your starting lineup, not sure if it would be wise to trade Walker though. Might as well see what's out there for him, but don't settle for too little. Otherwise just bench Hidalgo in favor of Burnitz until Jeromy cools down. As for Lidle, I've never been a big fan of his. I can't see him improving much over the 2nd half, so I say if the value is there in a trade... take it.
