I'd take Stewart, mostly because of the home ballpark.
All things being equal you can't go wrong.

I give Gordon the edge right now, but it's pretty close and my opinion could change by the end of the season.

Gordon is the better overall prospect, but Stewart might have a chance to put up better numbers simply because of his lineup protection and the Coors Field factor.

I like Ian Stewart better in terms of fantasy because he will probably play in Coors field with a better offensive crew

As a pure player, I like Gordon better. Fantasy-wise, I like Stewart better because of the Coors effect. Can't go wrong either way.
