Is it bad fantasy etiquette to drop a player so that you can pick up an injured player, put him on your DL and then pick back up your original player?
No waivers in the leauge, and mark prior is a FA.

This is fantasy baseball, not fantasy manners. That's just good strategy. When our league was published the first thing I did was prowl around for players on the DL (didn't find any, but that's not the point).
What's the correct play: try to do a 2 for 1 trade for an offensive position upgrade, or just drop Willis so I can use Prior? We have no bench spots.

Under no circumstances should you drop Dontrelle. I think you just need to play it by ear, man. By that point, someone else on your team might get hurt, so then you don't have to make that decision. But sure, a 2 for 1 trade isn't a bad idea at all. I might try to improve your bullpen.
So I take it you have no bench slots in this league? Because if you do, then it's a no brainer to just keep them both and stash one away on your bench.
