It's premature to say Reitsma has the job for good on April 8th. Just a silly claim to make. I actually think he's still likely to lose the job sometime this season. It's long, remember, and things happen. Devine doesn't suck in the slightest, but I do think needs this entire year in AAA before coming back up to the big leagues... Villareal could figure into holds or saves somehow, as well.

devine has had no control in the last couple days and i dont see him staying in the majors much longer, ive seen the games and hes throwing like a third of his pitches 4 feet outside and to the backstop, not even coming close to the plate...he may be the braves closer of the future but i doubt that its gonna happen this year

Yeah, I bit on the pickup when he was recalled, but he's not looking ready.

He might yet right the ship and play a role in the second half, but I think it's safe to drop him (non-keeper) without him getting scarfed up immediately by another owner.
