he is such a pus^Y. Strained abdominal. Can this guy stay healthy for 1 season?

When did this happen? In practice or something? Or was he doing something dumb like lugging furniture around or playing pick-up basketball?

Any news on how long he will be out? I didn''t hear anything on him just noticed he did not play on roster. Can't believe there was no news of this. Not looking good for him this year either....glad I have Mora as a back-up.

are you kidding me? i dont have the bench space for him, i may just drop him outright instead of dealing with this all year

That seems a little drastic. You must have a deep league. I think he will rebound, it just may be precautionary. Yahoo still has not made any notes of it. I still think he will be productive, just have to keep an eye on him from time to time. Too much potential to just drop outright unless there are some really good options on the ww. Doubt there are many guys that can hit 30hr. It still sucks for those of us who hoped he would be strong this year. Not looking good.

3B Chipper Jones did not play in Wednesday's 9-8 victory over the Dodgers. The switch-hitting slugger suffered a slight abdominal strain in Tuesday's game. The injury is not considered serious, and Jones should be back in the lineup Thursday against the Giants.

A RBI single in the top of 6th for Chipper makes me feel a little better. I dont have patience to watch to see if he's playing everyday....especially if it is as quiet as Wed's game. Go Chipper!!
