Final Pitcher help... Penny, Robertson, others

I feel pretty good with my offense in my 12 team league, but my pitching seems to nto be living up to expectation. What do you guys feel about Brad Penny? is he worth having on my team, or someone hot young guy like jereme robertson from houston? he is still on ha along with Olive Perez, Hampton, and trachesal. Not much to pick from, but do you think Penny will have a decent 2nd half??
