Lineups, website?

Is there any website that lists the games starting line up at least a half hour before the games start.

i benched ryan freel today needing the steals....and im wondering if i can avoid that again

MLB.Com posts the lineups at least 30 minutes before game time.

So does sportsline.com I think

The AP doesn't put that nights lineups on the wire until about 45-30 minuets before the first pitch. So no one will have any lineups before that.
