It looks like you have too many starters. How many innings is the max allowed? 1250? If it is, then you might to try and pkg a Santana type with Francouer, who had a noticable drop of in the last 2 months of the year. Seems like the Ps started to figure him out. A nice strategyis to grab a 2 MR, such as Scot Shields or Mike Timlin. Those guys will combine for 150 innings and elite ratios.
I wouldn't be surprised to see this combo:
10-12 Ws
10-15 SVs
2.75 ERA
1.14 WHIP
140 Ks, which is what an average P will give you, without the nice peripheral numbers.
I would be willing to bet you could get a upper tier LF, as I am not a big fan of Burrell...
More specifically, I like the overall balance of your team. Big Teix and Tejada supply nice power, while Posada is still a decent C, but I wouldn't expect more than 18 HRs, and 60 RBI along with a .265 BA.
Like I mentioned above, your P strategy looks like you could end up with less than desirable ratios and Cordero in TX is not as sure a bet as people think he is.
Just to summarize, I would look to pkg a Francouer/Santana for an upgrade in LF, otherwise, it looks like your team has good balnce.

also, wouldn't trading francouer and e. santana interrupt the development of their value? i would hate to see them flourish in the second half and only get something 70 cents to the dollar for them...
One thing that you might be overlloking is that you want to win this year. If your aim is to field a stud team next year, you might want to consider this:
A bird in hand is worth two in the bush.
What I mean is that potential is just that...i.e Angel Berroa, Ben Grieve, Eric Hinske, Jason Jennings, the list goes on and on. You don't want to give up this early in the year for the development of some future "studs"

i agree that i need to part with a youngster, but i'd like to keep 2 of the 3...
in terms of my teams needs, with development in mind, which should i use in trade with burrell for better LF, and who would be equal value to trade for?
