you all can thank me for johjima's recent surge....cause i just dropped him.....oh well.....i had had enough....decided to take a chance on russ martin instead......

I own Johjima and Estrada, and I have been more happy with the consistant Estrada......Kenji was slumping going into interleague play and I had him on my bench this weekend in favor of Estrada.....I lost 44 points!!.....he has earned a DH spot for the Arizona series....go Kenji

I'm so glad i chose to pick him up to play for Barrett whos out 10 games...4hrs in the past few days is hellaaa more than i expected

I did the exact same thing :-)

All I can say is ... BONZAI!!!! Now I'm wondering if I actually have a decision when Barrett comes back. I really don't have room for both of them. For the time being, I'm making due without a backup OFer ... which is bad news when you have JD "pansy" Drew and Pat "not so much bat now" Burrell in your starting lineup :-o

Hahah Johjima is starting to come along!!!

4 hr's in the last 2 games!

Never count out Japanese players they are dedicated work horses.

I've been riding Johjima all year.

10 Hr's 39 Rbi's .290 avg

Since June 16th he's 16 for 32 with 5 hr's oh and only 1! Strikeout!!

Not bad at all!!

They need to play this guy more often ;-D

I was just starting to ask myself last week "Why is this guy still on my roster?" And anxiously trolling the crappy catching candidates. If he'd held off a few days with this explosion, I might've missed out. I'm satisfied now -- two HR's per day the rest of the season and Kenji's spot is secure. I hope he doesn't disappoint me...
