what's wrong with this lineup?

I'm a little confused by the Reds' lineup today. Freel at 2B, Aurilia at 1B, and Dunn at LF? Why not play Freel in left, Aurilia at 2nd, and Dunn at 1st? Also, why is Aurilia batting cleanup? At the very least, I'd consider putting Dunn 4th, and Aurilia 5th. I guess they want to go lefty-righty-lefty instead of putting their lefties together in the middle, but I just don't see that the advantages are worth putting Aurilia at #4.

I know what you're saying. But at the same time they want Dunn to get used to LF because they are intent on having him there.

Ideally they shouldn't have traded Wily Mo for Arroyo, or should have signed a decent 1b to cover the position. Aurilia is actually swinging the bat quite well for now, so that would explain why he hit 4th today.

Yeah, I guess Aurilia showed me today... 2/4 with a HR and 3 RBI in the 4th slot. Sheesh...

Aurilia had the best batting average with men in scoring postition last year, at least thats what the guys on the radio said today.
