This is my current team, after a couple trades. I shipped out Delgado Kent, Beuhrle, Wickman and B. Hall and jake Westbrookfor Santana, Sexon, Cano, and Damon.

You have lots of power. I don't know what the other teams look like, but this looks like a team which will be in the top 5 in most hitting categories. Outside of Damon and Bay you have no one projected to steal more than 15 bases so that's a problem. It'd be smart to land some speed (maybe a deal for B. Roberts or Tavaras). Moving on to your pitching, I'm not too impressed with it. You have 4 strong pitchers in Santana, Myers, Webb and Ryan but that it. Davis and Capuano can be good, but they look like gambles. Also you're going to need to work on the closer situation. T.Jones/Rodney isn't the solution.

Prettty good team, but you do need speed. You also need to get some saves. If you are active on the waiver wire and trade markets you should be pretty good.

Not sure you got the best of that Trade either.
