I am assuming that when games get rained out before they start (ie tonight's Giants Padres game) the starters for that game are just pushed back to the next day... correct? So in the prior instance, both Young and Lowry will start Thurs right? Thanks for the info...

It depends on how much the starter has warmed up before the game.

I can remember a few times when a pitcher warmed up a few times because the game was supposed to start and never actually pitched. He was bumped back an extra day.
