Andrus and McCutchen

What do you see in their futures?
McCutchen is very young but he is very fast and patient. He had more BB's than K's as an 18 y.o. He won't ever hit for much power, but will lead off and steal 40 bases.
Will he be in the show by 2008? Which current minor leaguer and major leaguer does he compare to? Marques Grissom?

Andrus is even younger and harder to predict. I can't comment much on him. What do you guys see in him?

How high are these guys ceilings? Worst/best case scenarios.

This is my minor league system in a 5x5 12 team, 10 minors, league. Should I drop any of these guys for McCutchen and/or Andrus?

Michael Aubrey, Ryan Shealy, Eric Duncan, Troy Tulowitzki, Shin-Soo Choo, Neil Walker, Wade Davis, Troy Patton, Jered Weaver, Santiago Casilla.
