I'm in the same boat... So i hope one of them will at least go on the DL... don't want to drop one of them!

I would go without a shortstop for a day or two before I dropped one. If you do, you'll kick yourself in the ass the rest of the year if you pick the wrong one to drop.

Don't worry... that's exactly what i plan to do. But if one of the 2 could go on the DL... i could pick up a replacement without waiting for the other one to comem back in a couple of days. I just don't want both to be "day to day" for 5 or 6 days!

GOOD NEWS:

From Rotowire:

X-rays taken on the left hand of Crosby were negative. He is listed as day-to-day with a laceration on his left index finger.

From Rotoworld:

Bobby Crosby likely will miss about a week with a bruised and cut index finger on his left hand.

X-rays were negative, and it's possible he could be back by the weekend. "Everything is intact," trainer Larry Davis said. "We have to give it a few days so it doesn't get dirty or infected. It could be a week or so. We have to let it heal up, but we anticipate a week." Antonio Perez and Macro Scutaro will share time at short. Scutaro drew the start tonight. Apr. 4 - 11:00 pm et

Now Rotoworld is saying it might be more than a week...

Are Band-aids not part of Moneyball?

WTF is going on in the A's organization?

I feel like I just drafted Marcus Camby.

Or someone is lying to me.

That was a NASTY laceration...I winced when I saw it on the replay and then rewound the play to show my wife. His finger looked bad.
