Apr 3 ESPN reports Los Angeles Dodgers 1B Nomar Garciaparra (ribcage) is not in the lineup Monday, April 3, with a strained rib muscle.

...on top of Nomar starting I also had Kazmir. Great start eh? :~(

Nomar Garciaparra will probably go on the DL Tuesday with a strained intercostal muscle that first bothered him on Sunday.

Hopefully I'll be able to pick up Atkins to fill in for him. I had him playing 3b on my team.
I had such high hopes for Nomar too, and he can't even make it to the first game.....
If he's not on the DL tomorrow I'm dropping him
