GFW is what my friends and I call "Gamecast From Work." Whether you prefer GameCast, GameCenter or GameDay, it's all the same. It's when our productivity drops because we're staring at our screens, waiting for the refresh and the inevitable conclusion of each at bat.
i use the yahoo thing, and then email updates to my friends. some friends have email at work, but no internet, so i keep them up to date on the important goings on in the world. i dont usually log into mlb.tv unless my boss is gone.
MLB.tv is the way to go. I have a seperate monitor set up at my desk that I can watch the game on and still look like I'm being productive.

Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
Yeah, I use GameDay. How busy I am dictates how busy my trigger finger is on it though... Some days I just watch games all day, others I just check in periodically...

i googled it. i should bookmark it. i remembered reading it long ago, and operation shutdown has become an inside joke with me and my friends. my boss was out of the office yesterday so i went into operation shutdown and watched a few games on mlb.tv. i was going to start a website called operation shutdown that was about slacking off at work but someone already owns that name.
