CC could miss significant time?

Just saw this on Rotoworld

C.C. Sabathia - S - Indians

According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, last spring C.C. Sabathia had a similar injury to the one he suffered Sunday night and he missed six weeks.
Last year it happened on March 6, so Sabathia was back in the rotation in mid-April. Sabathia will be examined Monday and if he heads to the disabled list prospect Fausto Carmona will likely replace him. Apr. 3 - 10:54 am et

until he stops eating all the cookie dough in cleveland, he will have this trouble often.. <img src=/forums/images/smiles/kiss.gif> it's called a weak core from a large, overweight midsection..

I hear ya.. He's always been a big guy, but when he rolled out last night, I saw he's had to put put some pounds on in the off season.
