This team to me looks like it has a lot of weaknesses.

The OF is very weak, there's no power in it with Giles and Ichiro, and certainly not w/Taveras. The starting rotation is also weak, as Pettitte and Buehrle is more of a 2nd-3rd starter combination than a 1st-2nd.

I'd try dangling Ensberg on the trading market, and see what happens. I don't see a lot of depth to be traded away, so you may have to live with what you have, and hope for some surprises on the WW.

Ok, you have good speed in Ichiro/Taravas, and you'll get some power from Pujols/Vmart/Ensberg, but I'm not sold on Polanco and Ellis. Polanco proved he can bat last year, and I've heard Ellis' name thrown around as a sleeper, but watch for decent replacements there. Your bench and utility spots are weak, unless Crosby and Johnson can perform up to their high expectations this year.

Pitching is't too bad considering Burnett's out for now...Buehrle and Pettite anchoring with 4 decent guys backing him up. Maybe look for another closer behind Lidge and Hoffman.

I think your pitching can be a nice surprise. I see you being competitive there even without an ace. You do have a lil lack of power. if you see yourself tearing it up in SB's trade taveras for someone with some pop. Good luck

I like your SP's a lot...to have Sabathia as a #4 when Burnett comes off the DL...that's really good. Your hitting is pretty awful though. You've got speed but aside from Pujols, I don't really see much. I'd try putting Maddux of Livan on the Trading block and seeing if you can get a semi-decent power hitter for your outfield.
