glass ceiling

[he hate me]

i am in a 11 team roto league and am currently in 4th place. the team is 1st is miles away from the next top three teams. my big weaknesses are in rbi, average, holds, and strikeouts. any thoughts?

Interesting... I would have though adding a speed threat would be more important than increasing your rbi. At any rate, if you can upgrade your infield just a bit more, your lineup should be in good shape.

To catch up in holds, it might even be worth tempoarily going without a bench hitter and adding a middle reliever. Ideally, you'd be able to trade Mondesi plus an infielder for an if upgrade. Making that happen might be tricky, though...

In any case, I think the key factor to this team's success in the second half will be your starting pitchers. Your rotation is solid, but setbacks (such as a slow return by Brown) could be very costly.

I agree with Arlo. You've got to get Relaford off of SS...he's a decent utility man and is elibible at several positions.
