Mark Prior was just replaced by Kyle Farnsworth.
His statline:
4.2 IP 6H 6R 6ER 3BB 5K 3.01 ERA
Braves are about to win no. 8 in a row!

Yes I am not a Prior owner! But of course the Prior owner benched him today, just my luck

. Hopefully for me and other non-Prior owners, this is a sign of wear and of things to come

I grabbed Vinny last night after he went 4/4 and started him today.
He is hot now, and when he is hot nobody can get him out, of course, when he is cold I could get him out. I'll ride him til he cools
off-2 "o-fers" is about right and then drop him.

Just like Kerry Wood's 7ER outing two starts ago was a sign of his CG last time out. I own both.

Every pitcher has his bad day. I don't think this is a sign of anything bad to come.

I don't know about that. At least he got out of the game without throwing over 100 pitches! He did get rocked though. But hey everyone has bad starts. If he has another one like this next time out, then it might be time to worry.

If I were a Prior owner I would be worried about that collision with
Giles. I didn't see a "hit" like that in the NFL last year. Prior landed
hard on his shoulder.

I can take the the runs, I have decent lead in ERA. I can't afford to lose Prior. I saw my season crumble when he grabbed his shoulder.
Watching a pitcher try to hit is bad enough, but when he almost ruins his career running the bases it makes you wonder what the hell they are doing out there.
The DH is the future of the game.
