How is this team? Where am I weak/strong? How could I improve and do you think I'll be a contender?

Just an add-on holds are a stat category in my league and I don't currently have a holds guy. I'll probably wait bc that is really unpredictable.

Get rid of Jenks and Guillen immediately. Try to trade them, but if you can't then drop them. Scott Shields is the best for holds.

I would definately replace Jenks. It's going to be a while, if ever, before he is effective this year. His weight is up and his velocity is down.
