If you are trading Arod you are getting killed in the deal. If you are getting him good for you. If any salaries are involved that might be a totally different story. Also if you are trading him you have to get a top 10 player back and an upgrade somewhere else on your roster to even think about it.

Don't trade arod for pitching. chances are, whetever you would get is not a big enough upgrade to justify the loss of one of the top three fantasy players.
