Is Oswalt healthy?

I'm thinking of going after Oswalt. He's had two stints on the DL and is now coming back. Would anyone go after him in a trade? What would it take to get him. My roster is below.
C - Posada
1B - Sexson
2B - E. Young
3B - Rolen
SS - A-Rod
OF - Kearns,Giles,Ichiro
Util - Hildago, Damon
Bench - Relaford, Wilkerson, Tucker
SP - Mussina,Schmidt,Nomo
RP - Williamson,Webb
P - Sabathia,Buehrle,Odalis Perez
Bench - Santana, Baez

1b - 1 pt,2b - 2 pts,3b - 3 pts, HR - 4 pts
RBI - 1 pt, R - 1 pt, BB - 1 pt, SB - 2 pts
Win - 8 pts, Save - 7 pts, K - 1 pt, CG - 5 pts, Hold - 4 pts, IP - 2 pts, ER - -1, Hit - -.5
BB - -.5

I just traded for him a week and a half ago when he was still in question as to how he'd be when he came back. I got him for a bargain, though, because of the uncertainty. Ugie and Kim for Oswalt (when I still have Wagner and Gagne!). Kim I pulled of the FA pool a while back, so a second round pick for a free agent and Ugie is pretty good.

He won't be at 100% with his groin this season, but both Pedro and Roger played through the same injury at one point in their careers. I believe in him, but I would have more trouble trading for him at full price.
