Good pitching, Pretty good offense, but it tails off once you get to your 3rd outfielder and your UTIL.

Should finnish in the top of the pack.

Ill agree with Supersonic. Some things though - I would trade Glaus man. Get a different guy to fill util spot - someone with around the same power (Which means as close as you can get to Glaus's power) but with a better .avg. My reason? Glaus has too many health problems. I heard hes going to sponsor the Cortizone company and in return get one free shot per week! But seriously - combine that with the turf in the TOR and he is in trouble.

I'd expect more offense for a 10 team league, and your bench isn't deep. I love your pitching, although you'll be starved for wins. Move Peavy for Carpenter (or some other ace w/ better run support) if you can . . .

hmm, I dont reaaly know who i can trade gluas for, he is ranked pretty low considereing the power and walk numbers he put up last year. I agree he is a major health problem.

the wins issue is also going to be tough, however i figure sheilds will be good for a few more wins then most teams relievers, so they may help offset that. PLus both peavy and zambrano had very low wins for the great years they had, although this has been the way the last two yrs for them i hope it changes,

Also, i dont like jose gullen on my team, but what could i reaaly get for him, mench on the other handis picked by many ppl to be a pretty good sleeper. And I think preston Wilson will easily hit 30hr at the astros park, left feild is practically on the plate their. He managed 25 playing half the year at RFK the golfcourse.

I thought gluas for rickie weeks. As he should easily be a 20/20 man and score 100 runs. Thought on that?

You're a little weak on speed, so trading Glaus for a guy like Weeks, who provides some SB potential is a good move. With the homers you'll still get from Weeks and 20/20 potential, his value to your team is greater. Overall it's a solid team with good balance between hitting and pitching, but as some have already said, wins could be rough w/Peavy and Zambrano.
