i like his potential but by the same token his k rate is high and he never walks. he may not get to that high water mark again.

I left him of my draft cheat. I must admit that wasn't on purpose. I just forgot about him. I don't think I'd want him though.

id shy away, his attitude last season and his work ethic brings me to believe he'll have a difficult time rebounding. i had him last year and just kept waiting for him...give someone else a headache.

IMHO, he's a good backup in mixed leagues. I wouldn't have him as a starter in a mixed league, and since the AL has all of the shortstops anyway, I can't see him as a starter in an AL-only league either. Don't take him before the 15th round or for more than $5.

EXPECT THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS ON CRISTIAN GUZMAN:

NOT A BAD PICK IN MY OPINION! HES ONLY 25 ON A GOOD YOUNG OFFENSIVE TEAM!

2-GARCIAPARRA
3-TEJADA
4-JETER
5-AURILIA
6-HERNANDEZ
7-RENTERIA
8-FURCAL

I'm protecting him at $15 in my AL only team. Gives me a MI of Soriano, Guzman and Kennedy - not bad. In AL nly - he's still top 5 in my mind.
