I've heard Bard will be catching Wake. Doesn't really matter though as long as its not Varitek.

Yeah that's the main thing.

We're mostly interested in the top 15 fantasy catchers, and who in their respective pitching rotations they will not be catching.

Anybody got any more info on any pitchers having personal catchers or coaching tendencies from ST? Anyone know which Atlanta starter Pratt will catch exclusively? Roy Oswalt lost his personal Catcher in Raul Chavez, anybody know a replacement? This could really impact stud Catchers playing and starting status. Maybe Shoppach may catch J. Johnson or Snyder may catch B. Webb, etc. and VMART or Estrade might sit. thanks

List so far...

I wanted to bump this as I've noticed McCann sitting out fairly regularly. He has a monster night last night, and today is on the bench. I'm thinking it has to be because Pratt is Hudson's personal catcher. Can anyone confirm this?

More likely because Dontrelle's pitching. I've noticed McCann sits against tough lefties. There may also be a Pratt/Hudson thing, but I don't know for sure.

Yeah, he does...and they both suck. :-t

I wish they'd stick Perez with Paulino just once to see if Perez does any better. I really am starting to think there's something to it. Plus Paulino is a better hit in my view anyway. :-)

It appears Pratt will catch Ramirez exclusively once Horatio returns from the DL. Good move considering how well Pratt is defensively.
