i just picked him up two weeks ago, and i [/i]was banking on him starting the season in middle relief, and eventually sliding into the closer spot once reitsma crapped the bed, which shouldn't be much later than early june.

Well, the timing is good. I'm letting Devine go (redraft league) and grabbing Rodney. In a few weeks, perhaps Jones will be back closing for Detroit and Devine will be back up with the club. Maybe it'll be possible to swap back then.
