Drop Loney, Clevlen, and Tankersley

Pick up Patton, Bowyer, and Neil Walker.

Also keep an eye on Eldred and Wade Davis.

I also like Neil Walker just may take some time to get him up to the big club. In high school he hit something like 19-20 homeruns in only 26 games, while batting around 700. Kid does have it, the only problem is the Pirates have him.

I made a few adjustments based on your comments and some intuition.

Minor leagues:

Michael Aubrey
Neil Walker
Ryan Shealy
Eric Duncan
Shin-Soo Choo

Adam Miller
Troy Patton
Yusmeiro Petit
Jered Weaver
Santiago Casilla

Some notables that are still available:
Miguel Montero
Mark Rogers
Nolan Reimold
Wade Davis
Marcus Sanders
George Kottaras
Adam Miller
Tom Gorzelanny
(if you want a longer list, everyone from my OP minus Eldred and Bowyer and the guys I picked up)

Does my minor league pool look fairly set at this point or am I leaving a high-upside player on the market and keeping a low ceiling prospect in his place?

Eric Duncan is a 3B for the Yankess. I don't see A-Rod making way for him anytime soon. I would drop him for A. Miller. Miller is a high upside guy, but has been slowed by injuries. I also like Marcus Sanders. He is one of the best base stealers in the minors, but is still a few years away from the majors.

I can't really argue with the things Raiders Umpire said except that I would probably hold onto Shealy, as he is in the majors now.
