Is there anyway to know which games bonds will be playing in and which one's he'll be sitting out before the games start and my roster is locked?

You can use StatTracker and it will update about 30-45 mins before game time with the lineups, or you can use the MLB.com GameDay program thingie, but managers don't submit their lineups much earlier than an hour before the game. In general, Bonds tends to not play many day games after night games, but this isn't always the case. If in doubt, you're probably best to just leave him in because he will outproduce almost any other outfielder in any given week.

I like to click on the box score link in Yahoo 30 minutes or so before a game and it lists the lineup. Keep in mind that sometimes, they are wrong.
