Overall, pretty solid. My only concern is that you might need a little extra speed...your pitching looks strong: Mulder should have a bounce back year and put up better numbers than last year (we'll have to see how the new stadium plays, but supposedly its supposed to be pretty similar to old Busch stadium) and while I'm personally not a huge Garland fan, he should certainly rack up the W's on that team...

thanks guys, about mulder and garland, you are right on. With J. Kendall i have to wait it out, he has just adjusted to the American League and a great possiblity he will regain his Pittsburgh playing ways. With Nomar, you are right, I should look for a SS immediately just in case Nomar has them groin problems again. Not trying to rip on him but. He seem a legit player but gets hurt waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy toooooooooooooo much. Thanks again
Anybody else out there have advice too ?

I agree with the other posts RE: speed and possibly an upgrade at C. Are stolen bases a category? I am not a big Bradley fan. Good luck with Nomar - if he gets off to a good start, trade him before he gets hurt. I also have Fuentes, and hopes he builds on last year inspite of being a Rocky. Good Luck!

yeah Stolen Bases is a category. I dont have much speed but with Sizemore's 22 SB, Jason Bay 22 SB, R. Winn 19 SB, M. Giles 16 SB, and I know Bradley can be shaky but he would have the most SB's on the Oakland Athletic's Roster. If all those players stay or imporve the stolen base stats. I will be okay. With Nomar you are right once he does good trade him. Thanks, I already wrote a post in your topic. bye

pretty solid... You've got some serious power guys. If Nomar and Bradley have good years, you're in great shape. Nomar I'm not so sure about, Bradley I have a good feeling about.

I am hoping Nomar jumps out of the gates and never looks back. Bradley will get his stardom in Oakland. Them Yankee's will come after him after this year, after his one year contract expires. Hopefully they A's will see his skills and number and give him an extension. Image[/url]

Kendall is a risk, as well as Nomar. Many have slated Nomar as a sleeper, but he went for something like 17 bucks in our draft, so the secret is out. You've got plenty of power, maybe you can trade a Mourneau for a Figgins to sure up your speed....
