It looks like you're punting SB and SV. That's a lot of points to punt. You have a ton of prospects (Kinsler, Barfield, and Ramirez are particularly unproven) and a couple middling starters (Glavine and Marquis) clogging up your roster. It's going to be pretty difficult to make roster moves while you're waiting to see if these guys are going to produce. Rookies are tough that way- a lot of times you get a guy who is hot in the beginning then cools (05 Francoeur) or is cold and heats up (05 Hardy). So, I would recommend moving some of those guys and trying to get saves and steals.

Way to many bench position players.... you need more pitching depth, How many starting roster spots are there for pitchers? If the closers are all gone, it might not hurt to pick up the top setup guys who have good K per inning stats... (A) because they get a lot of vulture wins for the amount if innings they throw, and (B) they're usually next in line of a closer stumbles.
