Video Cards?

Hey guys. I am playing Need for Speed Most Wanted on my PC. So yesterday i realised my graphics detail has been turned down. I cranked them all up and it looks straight sick, but just a tad jumpy. Do you think it's cuz of my video card, or memory? I have:

1 gig DDR400 Ram
AMD64 3000 CPU
Radeon X700 Video card.

Any thoughts how I can up the detail in this game without being jumpy?

Its your videocard.

I had basically the same setup but I had a sick nasty videocard. My video card had like 24 pipelines maybee 20 can't remember. Yours has 8.

My new one coming in my new laptop has 12 So I'd say video card. I think its also only a 128 card. For the future you will need at least a 256 card
