I could use a better #1 starter, but I didn't draft a pitcher until the 8th round. Pitchers are risky and most of the top ones wind up failing (already Prior and Sheets are hurt). I'm just banking on some breakout/comeback years from guys I have, and hoping I get some valuable guys of the FA list as far as SP goes.

Where should I look to improve?

Definitely not unstoppable. Who was your first round pick? Bay?

Not a bad team at all. But also not a very well balanced team. Bonds is a huge risk right now, so you only "gauranteed" power numbers are going to come from Cabrera and Bay. Hafner put up numbers last year, but can he repeat? Konerko is a year older, and depending on how Thome does, may not see a lot of good pitches to hit.

Your pitching is alright. Your going to have to rely on Schmidt and Zito to have big time comeback years (both being their contract years helps). Guardado is also a year older and not on a very ood team. I think Jenks will have a solid campaign though.

Overall a decent team, but you may have some patch work to do very soon, so keep an eye out on the WW. Also, maybe you could sucker someone into taking Barry before its too late...

Bonds is a risk, Pods is hurting, your steals won't be what you expect if he is banged up. Not enough starting pitching and to many relief pitchers . Jenks is shaky as the closer right now, in ozzie's doghouse a bit and cotts may have the role soon...definately stoppable...
